These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Partner", "you") and Clickly, operated by ACTX CONSULTING FZE LLC, governing your access to and use of our website (www.joinclickly.com), software, partner dashboard, and any services provided (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

Clickly values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use your data in relation to the Services.

Clickly may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

You agree to:

By joining Clickly as a Partner, you agree to:

• Promote affiliate offers and use provided tracking links.
• Follow brand and platform guidelines.
• Receive commissions only for valid, approved transactions.
• Not impersonate brands, use fake profiles, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Partners act as independent contractors. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or business expenses incurred.

• You'll be eligible for commissions as per Clickly's payout structure.
• Fraudulent, canceled, or returned orders may result in commission reversals.
• Payment threshold, cycle, and method are explained in your dashboard.

You may not:

• Misrepresent yourself or use Clickly links for glitch sales.
• Use unauthorized means to access, reverse engineer, or alter our software.
• Use our Services in any illegal, abusive, or misleading manner.

You must comply with FTC guidelines for influencer marketing. Use disclosures like #ad, #paid, or #sponsored on promotional content.

Clickly retains all rights to its brand, logo, website, tools, and content. Partners may use provided assets only as per our brand usage guidelines.

Clickly may terminate your account without notice for:

• Breach of Terms or Partner Agreement.
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
• Failure to follow advertiser policies or FTC compliance.

Clickly may offer a referral bonus program. Details will be posted on our platform. Terms may change anytime.

You agree not to disclose confidential information provided by Clickly, including compensation, partner data, or business strategies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States or the United Arab Emirates, depending on the Partner's country of residence. If you are residing in the United States, these Terms will be governed by U.S. federal and state laws. If you are residing in the United Arab Emirates, the applicable UAE federal laws will apply.

In case of any dispute, the courts located in the relevant jurisdiction (United States or United Arab Emirates) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the specific laws applicable in your region.

Clickly provides its Services "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or missed earnings due to platform issues or third-party disruptions.
